AFHA reaches young children, teenagers, and adults by the power of prayer and evangelism reaching out to mend and to restore broken families. The church is always sensitive about the needs of those in our areas, and we believe that a vision of soul winning is the heartbeat of God and we must share that same heartbeat. We realize that once we reach someone with the saving power of Jesus Christ and their spiritual needs are met, they will no longer face a life of heartache and destruction, but they will look forward to a life of hope and opportunity.
It is imperative that dynamic, soul-winning churches spring up in the cities of America.The churches must understand the unique needs of those who live within their cities. As a result of these mission churches, many more will accept Christ and find hope. Through training, these once destitute members of society will become productive, and they will offer their services to others in need. Inner-city children will finally be offered hope instead of despair, truth instead of evil, and provisions instead of hunger, cold, and nakedness.
